| Brief Company History. We have been restoring, trading and fitting fireplaces and stoves from the same site in Dover for 10 years. All our original antique fireplaces have been professionally restored, back to their original condition and fire worthiness. We also supply a competitively priced range of quality reproduction FIREPLACES-Cast iron-Tiles-Pine-Oak-Marble-Granite hearths and stoves. we are backed by our own very experienced fireplace and stove fitting teams. stainless steel twin wall insulated chimney systems, chimney liners etc are all within our normal range of fits, as are "louis" marbles, Brithish Heritage listed propertys, etc, etc. YOU NAME IT, WE FIT IT! We supply and fit for one-off retail customers as well as Developers, in numerals of 1 to 91* (*Marina Cresent, Folkstone seafront, 2005/2008.) Our price are, obviously, very competitve. We are open 9 till 5, six days a week, easy to find, look for the CASTLE, follow the signs, we are opposite the entrance! ;) | Marble Surround restored by us from bits. c1900, fitted with hob arch c1860, with slate slips, hearth and "mutliglow" gas coal effect fire, template to size and height. p.s. do you like the neat little gas control cover we made. AKA ashpan cover. |
;) | Here we retained the original surround, and fitted an original Tiled insert, with beautiful hand painted c1880 tiles, on a new granite hearth & "Milner" fireback, giving a minimum 37% heat efficiency (plus extra heat from the fires hood). Therefore able to be HETAS registered, yet still ANTIQUES. |
